Annual General Meeting
This year the KCFA Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 7:00pm.   The meeting will be held at the Port Williams Hall.  The main topic of discussion this year will be updating By-laws and Resolutions. If you have any resolutions to bring up, please have them submitted to Gail 4 weeks prior to November 8.  Once they have been received, they will be circulated 2 weeks before the meeting.

Nominations for Directors
This year we will be accepting nominations for three Directors.  If you know of anyone that might be interested, please bring their names to the meeting.

Current and Proposed Bylaws
Changes reflected in the proposed bylaws will be discussed at the next AGM, November 8th 7PM at the Port Williams Hall.

Now that AgraPoint has taken over the secretary/office manger work, we would like to update the KCFA database.  To help with this we are hoping that everyone with an email address could forward it to Gail at  g.walsh@agrapoint.ca or call 678-7722 and press 'Zero". By having emails for the membership it becomes easier to contact everyone in a more timely and cost efficient manner.
